Smecta's smart food industry small carton automated combined packaging production line is mainly composed of two parts: carton consolidation and strapping and robot palletizing. The project is equipped with 3 strapping machines and equipped with a stacking machine and a box pushing roller line (turning) , The rewinding roller line realizes the fully automatic merging and bundling of 4 cartons, which reduces the workload of subsequent robot palletizing, improves production efficiency, and saves packaging consumables.

Smecta intelligently applies the forklift AGV to the automated back-end packaging process, and cooperates with the palletizing robot and the unpacking and stacking machine to automatically deposit and withdraw the pallets and automatically put the products into the warehouse.
