In addition, there are many types of home appliances, frequent changes in external dimensions, and the difficulty of automated upgrades, leading to manual operations for most home appliances packaging. However, the traditional manual packaging method has various drawbacks such as high cost, low production efficiency, and high error rate, which obviously cannot meet market requirements. It has independently developed a home appliance automatic packaging production line that integrates the inner box packaging line and the outer box packaging line. It uses robots and automation technology to replace labor and realizes the packaging process. 2. Product introduction
The Smecta home appliance automatic packaging production line mainly includes an inner box packaging line and an outer box packaging line. The two parts cooperate with each other to complete the packaging of home appliances and realize traceability management.
Inner carton packaging line: the robot automatically opens the inner box, puts products and upper and lower covers, product packing, automatic sealing of the inner box, automatic weighing of the inner box, and automatic labeling of the inner box.
Outer box packaging line: robot opens outer box, inner box is loaded into outer box, outer box is automatically sealed, outer box is automatically packed, outer box is automatically labeled, and outer box is stacked by robot.
